Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information, such as social security numbers, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership (“Sensitive Information”) and we ask that you do not disclose it on the Services.  However, if Sensitive Information is included in your User Contributions, we will have access to such information described above and such information will be treated in the same way as information that is not sensitive.

Payment Services

We use an unaffiliated payment service(s) to allow you to purchase a product or make payments (“Payment Service”).  If you wish to purchase a product or make a payment using the Payment Service, you will be directed to the Payment Service to enter your payment information.  Any information that you provide to a Payment Service will be subject to the applicable Payment Service’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy.  We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any Payment Service’s use of information collected through any Payment Service.  By submitting such information, you grant to the Payment Service the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of any transaction initiated by you or on your behalf.

Safeguarding Your Information

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of commercially reasonable security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  However, no one can guarantee the complete safety of your information.  It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. The Services are hosted and operated in United States. Do Not Track Signals 

At this time, we do not respond to browser 'Do Not Track' signals. 

Changes to Privacy Policy

Please note that we may change this Privacy Policy from time-to-time.  Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted to the Service and/or emailed to the last email address you have given to us and will become effective as of the earlier of the date we post the revised privacy policy on the Services or send the email.

Accuracy and Updates to Personal Information

To the extent that you provide us with current information, we do our best to keep your information accurate and up-to-date. Other websites and services to which we link, through which you access the Services, or share information from the Services and which are not owned or controlled by us are not subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  Any visit you make to those other services is at your own risk.  Third parties that support the Service, including by providing advertising or other services, such as analytics, may use tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Service or other third-party services.  We do not control these third-party technologies or services and their use is governed by the privacy policies of third parties using such technologies.  If you choose to share your shopping activity or a product on a third-party service, such activity may be visible on the Services as well.  Such third-party’s use of any information you share is governed by the third-party’s privacy policy. 

Data Retention

We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.  However, remember that even after you cancel your account, copies of some information from your account may remain viewable in some circumstances where, for example, you have shared information with social media or other services.  Because of the nature of caching technology, your account may not be instantly inaccessible.  We may also retain backup information related to your account on our servers for some time after cancelation for fraud detection or to comply with applicable law or our internal security policies.  It is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information due to technical constraints, contractual, financial or legal requirements.
