Payment
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We will charge applicable state, local and county taxes on all online orders based on your shipping address.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, and the tender loving care put into each item, all sales are final. If there is an issue with the size or quality of your order or if you have a specific question regarding your order, please feel free to email us at info@thestormjewelry.com or call us at 213-536-7660.
Shipping / Delivery
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note that items in our store are made to order in Los Angeles, CA. We currently accept orders shipping within the United States and Canada.
Because our products are custom made, please allow up to 3 weeks for us to produce and ship your item(s). We will make every effort to ship your order as fast as possible. We understand that we live in an on-demand culture, but unfortunately your beautiful jewelry is not made overnight. Should there be a delay in shipping, or if a product is on back-order, we will let you know via email.
Ground shipping takes up to 5-7 business days for delivery once shipped. Expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days once shipped. Shipments to Canada should be expected to take a minimum of 7-10 business days once shipped. If an item is backordered shipping may take up to 5-6 weeks. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified via email (if purchased) with an estimated ship date.
The Storm is not responsible for unanticipated delays on the delivery service end.

Gift Options
Buying for someone else? Please let us know in the special instructions box at check-out and we will refrain from including the invoice in your shipment. All orders are shipped in a custom gift pouch - ready for gifting to your special someone.
Ring Size
If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend that you visit a jeweler to have your finger sized or download/print a free at-home ring sizer. Tip for the guys out there -- grab one of her rings and check it against an at home ring sizer (there’s several available online for free download).
Jewelry Care
Our pieces are meant to be treasured and worn each and everyday if you should choose to do so. Because these are pieces of fine jewelry, each item should be handled with care. In order to ensure the longevity of each piece, we recommend removing your jewelry before any strenuous activities and/or prolonged use in water. Such activities could cause irreparable damage, scratching, denting or loosening of stones.
Should you experience the need to repair an item due to manufacturer defect, The Storm will cover all repair costs within three months of purchase. We are happy to repair items for you outside of that window at a repair cost.
